Weight Loss
Hereeee we go! Just started tracking my meals officially as of today. My nutritionist recommends I lose 1 pound per week. My goal is to lose 10 pounds and come to my desired weight of 115 pounds. I should achieve it by end of Sept. Fingers crossed and wish me luck! :)
